Shipping and Artwork Return Policies
Shipping:
All Original Art Pieces, Archival Ink Prints, and Professional Photography are FREE SHIPPING.
Original Art, ships within 3-5 business days.
Archival Prints and Professional Photography are printed in our studio to order and ships within 5-7 business days.
All Specialty Items (art cups, candles, jewelry) have a flat $5.00 shipping. Specialty items ship within 3-5 business days.
Category “My Designs” are print on demand items with shipping shown at checkout.
Artwork Return Policy:
From the time you receive your artwork you will have ten (10) days to decide whether to keep the artwork or return the artwork in its original condition for a full refund. We pay return shipping, as long as artwork is returned in its original condition.
We also require the buyer to ship out the artwork within three (3) days after confirming with us the work will be returned. ***Do not ship the artwork without contacting us***
Repackage the artwork in the original packaging materials. If you have disposed of the original packaging you are responsible for purchasing materials to send the artwork back safely to us.

WHAT TO DO IF THE ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED
Within seven (7) days of your artwork delivery, email blair@blairscanvascreations.com to give us your order information.
Save your original packaging! Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to blair@blairscanvascreations.com.
